Grief Support Group

At Unity Psychiatry, we understand that grief is a personal and unique journey. Our Grief Support Group is designed for adults navigating the loss of a loved one, offering a compassionate space to share experiences, find support, and begin the healing process. Whether you are early in your grief journey or further along, you can join the group at any time and attend for as long as you find it helpful.

A Compassionate Space for Healing

Grief doesn’t follow a set timeline, and neither should your healing process. Our group is a place where you can connect with others who understand your pain, gain emotional support, and explore tools for moving forward. Through shared experiences, we create an environment where you can heal at your own pace, knowing that you are not alone.

What to Expect

  • Flexible Participation: Join at any point in your journey and attend as long as needed.

  • Supportive Community: Connect with others who understand and share your experience of loss.

  • Guided Healing: Led by a compassionate facilitator, sessions provide a safe space for sharing and emotional support.

  • Time: Wednesdays from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM

  • Location: 901 S. Huntington St. Sulphur, LA

​

  • Cost: $50 per session (insurance may be billed)
